Me Smaller
Welcome to Me Smaller! I have recently lost about 20 pounds in the last 3 months by changing the way I eat and the things I do. I followed no fad diets nor did I "kill myself" doing a fad workout plan. The steps I followed are common sense and seem easy on paper but trust me, the process has not been easy. I continue to fight everyday and still have another 15-20 pounds to lose before I will be comfortable with my body. I have been asked numerous times in the last couple of weeks how I did it and decided to start this blog. Fad diets and exercise programs are not the answer. Changing your lifestyle is! Once you make up your mind to change, you can! The change has to be for you and no one else otherwise you will put the weight back on. I will be making posts of what I did over the last 3 months and what I ate and you will notice that I didn't do anything that seems too hard. All that is needed is commitment and you too can succeed.
